£18 - 2 hour Session

This is the perfect self led session for 6 - 11 year olds to create a ceramic masterpiece! With the help of our brilliantly illustrated guide, your child can follow along and create either a monster pot, animal pot or a lovely decorated bowl. Our pottery host will be on hand to settle your child in, help them select their 3 underglaze colours and provide them with an array of tools, stamps and shape cutters. We also have a splatter station, so your child can get expressive with a Jackson Pollock inspired piece if they would like to.

Once your child has finished their beautiful work, we will fire and clear glaze their pieces, which will then be ready for collection or postage 6 weeks later. They can then keep their creation forever!

A calming and creative session, perfect for an after school or half term activity or a weekend experience. You can join in too or just relax with a coffee whilst your child gets stuck into their creative clay creations.

Two kiln firings and clear glazing of their piece

Parents or guardians must be present for the duration of the session.

There must be a minimum of 1 adult per 3 children. If you are booking 6 or more children for a birthday, this must be booked directly through us as a private party. Please drop us an email at info@terracafe.co.uk and we will happily arrange this for you.

Older siblings can also join during this session - please add all relevant tickets to your basket as each experience is tailored to specific age groups. If you would also like to do a handbuilding session alongside your child (which we highly recommend!) then please add an Adult Handbuilding Ticket to your basket.
