Ceramic Wall hanging & Sconce Workshop

Come join us at Terra Cafe for a gorgeous pottery class taught by the Terra Galz!
Learn how to make your own beautiful A4 ceramic wall hanging or create 2 smaller A5 wall hangings.
We will teach you the art of slab building, which alongside the use of our large stencils, tools for decoration and texture and patterned rollers and stamps will help you create something lovely & unique out of clay.
Near the end of the session you will have the option to use our different underglazes to paint, however if you would like to do a more intricate design or use our reactive glazes you can book onto “come back and glaze” 4 weeks later from this initial session. More information on this below:
We will also have available to purchase coffees, hot chockys and soft drinks.
6 weeks later your delightful creation will be ready to collect, after having been fired twice in the kiln by us behind the scenes and clear glazed with a food safe glaze!
Extra Info
Pots take 6 weeks to fire twice and clear glaze with a food safe glaze. Please take photos of your work and have it ready for collection after 6 weeks unless coming back to glaze.
Please take photos of your pots to show when collecting!
We keep pots for 2 months after your collection date
We can post your pots to you if you cannot collect for a fee
Please arrive with trimmed nails if possible.
Please note, we may take social media videos or photos during this session. If you’d like to not be included in these, please let us know and we will make sure you are not included.
We offer refunds for any cancellations with a minimum of 7 days notice. We cannot refund if within 7 days of the event.
